Beach Treasures!

So happy and grateful to announce that Beach Treasures in Duck, NC (OBX) is now carrying my artwork!!! There are several original pieces to choose from as well as copies of my Beach Blessings book.  Thank you so much Lisa, Mary Anne, Mom, Mrs. P, Aunt B. and Paul for giving me this opportunity and helping me get my artwork there!  Thank you April for spotting my art while you were on vacation! Summer Fun!

This was the first chance I've had to paint all summer!  I had so much fun transforming this old painting that was hanging on my wall into a new sea turtle!  It really was "Transformation Tuesday!"

I have also had fun receiving photos from people who have purchased my new book "Beach Blessings: A photographic journey of awakening to the beauty and blessings of the ocean!" Copies are still available on Amazon and at the DCAC Gallery in Manteo.  I will also have more available in my home studio soon.

Beach Blessings Released!!!

I have a special announcement!  I have been working on a project very near and dear to my heart and I am releasing it today with the new moon!  I started this project by writing a simple message in the sand over a year ago and it has grown into something bigger.  I hope you enjoy my new inspirational photo book:  “Beach Blessings: a photographic journey of awakening to the beauty and blessings of the ocean!”  It is now available on Amazon at  BeachBlessings.amazon.

I also have a few copies at my home studio for those of you who are local.  This little book makes a great gift for any beach lover!  Please feel free to share.

As many of you know, the beach is my sacred space and the place I call home in my heart.  The ocean has always been a source of peace, healing, and inspiration for me.  This is my “love letter” to the ocean..my way of speaking back and giving thanks.  I hope that by sharing it, you too can hear the ocean whispering to your soul and lifting your spirit. Going Coastal--Happy World Ocean Day!

Happy World Ocean Day! My life-long love affair with the ocean is still going strong as I continue to be inspired by her beauty and abundance!  With the ocean as my inner muse, I am “Going Coastal!”  Take a peek at all the “coastal creations” I have in progress--most are just about done!  Almost makes me feel like I’m at the beach, which is where I plan to take some of these pieces this summer.
